Major Entertainment Company Revolutionizes its Digital Signage

BACKGROUND

An entertainment company required a robust digital signage solution to enhance content distribution across their corporate building. This initiative aimed to distribute videos, images, agent-client feeds, and various physical device inputs through HDMI connections to seven different 2 x 2 video walls over the network. This digital signage setup enables the seamless display of dynamic content throughout the office.

CHALLENGE

With a completely new building, the company faced the challenge of integrating a modern digital signage solution across multiple floors. They wanted each floor of the building to have its own video wall, with the marketing department responsible for creating and scheduling content such as videos, images, event information, and internal communications.

The new technology required the ability to distribute diverse content across multiple video walls on high-resolution displays for superior video and image quality. Content needed to be easy to manage and schedule.

SOLUTION

Black Box provided a comprehensive digital signage solution using the Radian and MediaCento systems to manage and distribute content across the seven 2 x 2 video walls in the building. Video walls are installed on each floor of the corporate building, including a dedicated cinema room for larger video displays and movie screenings.

The marketing department creates the content, which is then played on the respective video walls using the Radian system. Each video wall can display its own unique content, allowing for customized information dissemination. This digital signage solution does not require a dedicated control room application.

RESULTS

The installation met and exceeded the company’s expectations. Video walls in the building feature high-resolution video and image quality with easy management of diverse content. The new system distributes and schedules content across multiple video walls.
